Are you serious about losing weight?

You need dedication and perseverance to see real results in our Ready to Change Your Life weight loss challenge. Three or four chosen readers will receive a personalized food source and trainer for three months, and after achieving at least part of their goal, these readers get a makeover!

...send us your personal story (less than 500 words) including your specific goals, age, and current weight. Also include answers to these questions:

  1. Are you willing to commit to three months of physical training for four times per month?
  2. Are you motivated to work out on your own?
  3. Are you willing to remove soda and other unhealthy foods from your diet?
