If these celebrities went to Derby...

You can get your Derby style inspiration from almost anywhere. How about from British royalty and iconic literature? We imagined what Kate Middleton and Daisy Buchanan from The Great Gatsby would wear to Derby and created some inspired outfits in our April issue.

Kate is polished, classy and timeless. This sophisticated black jacket and dress pairing goes perfectly with an understated yet fun fascinator. As for the shoes? Kate's signature nude pumps.

While polished and sophisticated always make for a great look, spice it up this year and go a little retro like Daisy here. The 1920s era had a flare for fashion. While Daisy wears something more of the glitz and glam side of the Roaring ‘20s in our magazine, this pretty pastel look hits on a lot of major spring trends as well as the soft, feminine side of ‘20s fashion. Her pastel fascinator adds a pop of color to the delicate off-white dress.
