The meat choices ordered on this particular plate is an Italian Salami, Prosciutto Di Parma, and a spicy Spanish Chorizo. The cheeses include the St. Francis, Sofia, and Trillium - the three range from a semi hard cheese to two soft cheeses. The plate is adorned with nuts, olives, a whole grain mustard spread, and toasted bread rounds.
