Sweat and Sip will take place at Over the 9 (120 S 10th St - home of Old 502 Winery). Jeffrey Howard will lead a half-hour of mild/mid-level Tabata Bootcamp, and Annie Locke will lead a half-hour of low-impact Pure Barre. Next, the cooldown will include a wine tasting and snacks. It will be a fabulous girls’ night out!
