He's smooth... like his peanut butter pudding recipe!

Meissan McDaniel, 24, has worked at Schrink Personal Training, LLC for about a year. “I graduated on May 14 from Western Kentucky with a degree in exercise science, and the next day, I was working,” he says.

What workout advice would you give to women?

“Don’t be afraid of the weights. Lift with the guys. Heavy weights will not make you big and bulky.”

What do you guarantee that a woman will get from your type of workout?
“First off, when it comes to working out with me or anybody, it’s physical, mental, and spiritual health. All those things are connected. [By working out with me, women will receive] a renewed mind and sexier body, that’s for sure. You’ll become more optimistic. You’ll have a highly motivated attitude, sleep better, and have more energy throughout the day. You’ll become more in tune with your body, and you’ll not only know your limits but push past your limits and have new limits.”

What spices do you like to use?
“I like to use ground cumin seed and curry powder. It helps to reduce inflammation. I use adobo. I’m not Puerto Rican, but I have people in my life who are Puerto Rican and like that, so they use adobo pretty much on everything. Also, Mrs. Dash, mesquite seasoning, and lemon pepper seasoning. Any dry seasoning is good for you. It’s not bad. You just have to be careful with the way you fix stuff.”

  1. Having a daily workout is really important for everybody especially if you want to be healthy. It might be difficult at first, but in the end it would be beneficial for yourself. You can either contact a personal trainer to guide you or enroll a fitness program.
