From Wall Street banker to stylist
Tracy Varga talks about life in New York City and her most memorable purchase.
Before Tracy Varga became a fashion stylist, she was crunching numbers as a Wall Street banker. After graduating from business school at Northwestern University, she landed a job at Credit Suisse First Boston in New York City, which she describes as a fun adventure.
When she earned her first bonus check from the job, Tracy purchased a Cartier Tank watch and still wears it every day.
“It was the first thing I bought myself," she says. "I consider it a symbol that I was living my dream as as a banker.”
