Some days we're just not in the mood, not hungry, running late, being lazy and don't want to cook. Especially if it's just you, it's easy to skip out on breakfast and not think anything of it. Skipping out on breakfast can have a major effect on your health. Eating breakfast is so important, as we've all heard before, because it gets your metabolism going, gets the blood flowing and simply starts your day off right. Cinnamon Bun Smoothie
1 banana (frozen and sliced)
1 cup almond milk (unsweetened)
1/2 tsp pure maple syrup
1 cinnamon stick
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla extract
Almond Strawberry Banana Yogurt Smoothie
1 banana
1 cup blueberries (frozen)
6 large strawberries (frozen)
1/4 cup almonds
6 oz plain, nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup skim milk
Flat Belly Smoothie
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen)
3 oz vanilla nonfat Greek yogurt
1 cup kale
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
3/4 cup water
1 tbsp almond butter
I use 1 cup 2% milk 1 banana 1 pack Carnation Protein Essentials Mix" Chocolate 1 pack Splenda and a few ice cubes. Put in Ninja. Wonderful. Lots of vitamins. Read on the box.
