Say good morning at Con Huevos! Start your day or afternoon with this delicious dish, the Chipotle Poached Huevos. Poached eggs and chorizo sit atop a house made corn biscuit and drizzled with a chipotle gravy. Served with a spread of avocado. Slightly spicy, filling, and full of flavor! No matter what dish you choose, you can't go wrong at Con Huevos!
My personal favorite dish is the Huevos Rancheros. Light yet filling, this northern Mexico classic dish is one not to miss. Everything is fresh and virtually everything is made in house.

The setting is cozy and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with hints of Mexican decor. There are a few tables for outdoor seating as well.

Looking for something on the sweeter side? Then you MUST try the Taco Pancakes. Always a chef's whim and noted at the end of the bar where you order your food. These crepe like pancakes are light and fresh, with a hint of sweetness.

There is also a lunch menu, however breakfast items are still popular during typical lunch hours.
Try this sweet ending after breakfast or lunch. The Cocada is similar to a coconut macaroon - also made in house with coconut, sweetened condensed milk and honey.
